The ratification to appoint Giao Pham was approved by the Apache Junction City Council at their meeting on March 19th. He had been serving as the Interim Public Works Director since 2011. He began working for the City in 2006 as City Engineer before being chosen as the Interim Director. Giao has worked for the Pinal County Department of Public Works and in the private sector. He has a Bachelor of Science Engineering degree from Arizona State University.
