Part of State Route 77 near Mammoth is going to be restricted for awhile for a project requiring, “milling the existing asphalt and replacing it with new asphalt and a double chip seal coat application.” Be sure to drive carefully and be alert when going through the work zone. The Arizona Department of Transportation is warning drivers of the following restrictions:
“North- and southbound traffic on SR 77 has intermittent shoulder closures from milepost 113 to milepost 120 through April 2018.
Southbound traffic on SR 77 has a lane closure from milepost 114 to milepost 116, stop and go traffic (flagging operation) for curb and gutter, sidewalk, and ADA ramps through Nov. 7, 2017.
North- and southbound traffic on SR 77 is reduced to one lane from milepost 115 to milepost 119 for bridge deck repair through Nov. 3, 2017”
