You can go on a special guided tree tour on the third Sunday of the month, at Boyce Thompson Arboretum talking about the towering sycamore and cottonwood trees, native hackberry, mesquite and many more. Get answers to those often-posed questions during a relaxed and leisurely tour through the forested areas of the Boyce Thompson Arboretum. The tour starts at 8 am. Admission is $12.50 for adults or $5 for ages 5-12. Children 4 years of age and younger are free. The cost of admission includes weekend guided nature walks. Boyce Thompson Arboretum is located west of Superior on Highway 60 at Milepost #223 & about one hour due east of Phoenix on the Superstition Freeway.
